Young adults (ages 15–25) residing in local community clusters of Bengaluru who have paused formal secondary schooling and need structured, supportive routes back to academic success.

• Academic Core: Structured coaching in NIOS science, commerce, and humanities subjects for board clearance.
• IT Competencies: Basic coding concepts, database entries, spreadsheets, and online navigation tools.
• Soft Skills & Ethics: Presentation delivery, corporate behaviors, teamwork projects, and personal character mentoring.

⏱ How It Works

Daily academic classes supported by evening seminars. Mentoring sessions are conducted weekly where industry volunteers guide students on career opportunities, building professional networks, and handling workplace environments.
