Skill & Vocational Training

Practical, job-ready skills designed to help dropouts and youth transition directly into stable careers.

About the Program

Traditional schooling sometimes lacks direct placement pathways for youth who need immediate earnings. Our Vocational Hub provides hands-on, short-term courses taught by industry professionals to equip students with active trades.

🎯 Who It Is For

Young adults (ages 16–30) from underprivileged backgrounds who have either finished their 10th/12th board exams or need functional skill certificates to secure white-collar or certified blue-collar roles.

📚 What You Will Learn

We focus on high-demand, practical trades:

  • Digital Literacy & IT Hub: MS Office, internet communications, data entry, email systems, and basic tech operations.
  • Hardware & Assembly: Computer assembly, basic troubleshooting, mobile phone diagnostics, and device repair models.
  • Specialized Trades: Basic home electrical trades, residential wiring, and modern tailorship.

⏱ How It Works

A 3 to 6-month intensive training plan conducted inside our computer lab and workshop rooms. Classes include 80% practical hands-on tasks and 20% classroom concept teaching. Soft skills, resume building, and mock interview preparations are integrated.

🎓 Outcomes

Graduates receive course certificates and placement support, helping them secure entry-level white-collar logistics roles, retail management jobs, or contract technician positions.
